Dry hop appears to have worked nicely when tasted at bottling. Very pleasant aroma.
This is one of the most balanced beers brewed to date. Could definitely imagine buying it in a nice English pub on a winter evening. Reminiscent of Bishop's Finger or something similar. Very low carbonation worked well here.
